That means you don't have the minimum files share requirement.

What version of DC++ are you currently using?

If you are using the latest version of DC++, go to File, Setitngs, Sharing, look for Rename/Remove/Add folder where you can configure the the items you want to share/rename/remove & hit OK. Sharing advice, do not share your C: folder as in Document&Settings, Program Files, Windows, underage porn, hate-related files like Nazism, terrorism, etc.
