when you download a movie, it can be in .rar files, so you need a program like winrar to unpack them, just rightclick the first rar file and then unpack it.

To download a movie you need to join a hub and then search for what you looking for, if you don't find anything to download your connection settings are wrong, use passive if you don't know how to be active and ask for help from other users in the hub your in to get active or read some of the helpfiles (F1), guides, and forums that deals with this kind of support for DC++ and DC. If you search here I'm sure you will find some more information to your questions.
