Can connect into Friends server but him or I can't access into his list files

We are using YnHub 1.036 and DC++0.881
Adjusted our ports, use active mode, and entered external ip address
But no adjustment seems to let us see each others list of files.
We can connect to the server, see the different users, send messages, and set user with passwords.
But when selecting a file list we just get a connection timeout error.
What is the problem we are missing?
