Go to C:\Program Files\DC++ to find your XML settings of DC++, since you are using Windows XP. By the way, the version that you are using is no longer getting any help support. Try upgrading to the latest version of DC++. If you need to find hubs & users, go to http://www.dchublist.com. If that doesn't work, google the user(s) and/or operator(s) running that hub or find them in a hub forum software like Ptokax, Verlihub, YnHub, etc. Hope that helps. Good luck!

Try using a Notepad and/or Wordpad to open XML file. If you are unable to open it, the XML file must be corrupt or damage.

In case you revert back to DC++ 0.674 & didn't like the latest version, make sure you have the XML files (ADLSearch, DCPlusPlus, Favorites, HashIndex & Queue) + Notepad, if anything written saved by going to C:\Program Files\DC++.

Can you help with this problem?
