Connection Timeouts and magnetic link handler

I have a new Vista PC and use DC++.75. I was connected with no issues til yesterday, when i got an error message about the magnetic link handler. I went to the advanced section of the setting and enabled both URI and dchub. Now I get these messages: [12:44] Error registering dchub:// handler
[12:44] Error registering adc:// link handler
[12:44] Error registering Magnet link handler And another issue, users can d/l from me but I can d/l from no one.....is my Internet provider screwing with me or what??
