connection forcibly closed

i received a message a couple of days ago saying that i was not sharing enough, even though the minimum was 5gb and i had about 9.5gb up. So now ive got about 22.5gb up. but everytime i try to connect, it just says

it was all working fine until i was wrongly booted for not sharing enough. what am i supposed to do??
