MIGRATING ADDRESSES INTO NEW VERSION OF DC++

I HAVE DOWNLOADED A NEW VERSION OF DC++. hOW DO i MIGRATE THE ADDRESSES FROM THE OLD VERSION TO THE NEW ONE? I DON'T HAVE ALL THE ADDRESSES RECORDED.
