DC++

Problems Downloading

 Hi folks:
     Trying to download--and I get "Could not open target file: Access is denied."
 I am at a loss to understand what is happening, why I can't download & what needs to be done to resolve the issue. DC++06.74/ Windows7/64Bit OS
