cant connect

this is what i get when i try to connect

[00:49] *** Connecting to dchub://dc.3utilities.com:411...
[00:49] *** Connected
[00:49] *** An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

what can i do for this not to happen?

Ask the hub-host to reboot the hub. It is not your fault, as it is said in that message, "...closed by the remote host", meaning not you.

It could mean also the hub must be using an outdated software.
