I have the password, but cant find where to connect

I am new to this, but my university allows us to connect to theirs and I have the password, but cannot find my uni in the list of available hubs. anyone got any ideas? i am searching in the hubs, and notice that a lot of them require passwords. am i doing something wrong here? why cant i find my universities one?

When you got your password to your uni's hub, did you not also got the address to the hub?
Nick, password and address?
If so, just open the favourite hubs ( the yellow star in the menu ) and add the information there.
Or ask them who gave you the first info about the address.

That your uni's hub should be on the publichublist is not likely, since it's only accepting connections from within the uni I would guess.
