Registering ?

i try to connect to different hubs and it says unable to connect to unregisterd users. How do i register my dc+ in order to connect to various hubs?

Registering means that you need to be registered on that specific hub. We're sorry but we have no connection to any specific hub, we are the developers of DC++. You need to contact the hubowners and ask them if they want to register you. There is nothing about registering dc++ itself to gain access to registered hubs, they need to register you if they want you to have access. Basically those hubs are "private".
