wid = with? Keep i mind this is no a place to use same language as when you are text messaging with your phone.

youtele is an internet provider so it should work, but if they are blocking ports or using traffic shaping on their traffic is something I have no idea about.
Call and ask them? Check if they have a forum where you can find answers or ask questions in.

A quick search on their company name gave bad reviews about their service they offers.
