Is it possible to disable the autoscrolling?

Hello. I find it to quite tedious to have to move the chat one line up every time I minimize DC, to keep it from scrolling.
I found the 'don't scroll when inactive'-setting a bit more to my liking, is it possible to achieve this in v0.7091?

the only possible way currently is the one you already found; to move the scroll-bar.
you can open a bug report or edit one already opened to ask for it...
