Can't download user's file lists

Hi. When I try to download a user's file list, it usually says "no users to download from" in my queue, and if it actually says user online, it will try and try to connect, but never actually connect. I have to use passive mode because my DSL provider is constantly changing my IP, so I don't have one IP to enter into my settings. How do I get this option to work correctly?

1:) If your router supports UPnP and you allow the override in your DC settings its possible it automatically updates.

2:) If not you can make a account on http://www.no-ip.com/, that allows you to create a DNS, once you created that you can use the URL like test.no-ip.info in your dc settings where you normally put your wan ip. then you need the no-ip tool that monitors your ip address and auto updates their dns servers http://www.no-ip.com/downloads.php .

the second solution is a bit hard so try nr 1 first and cross finghers :)
