"Connection" field empty in DC++0.707

Asked by Ond Ande

I just upgraded from 0.674 (using XP) to 0.707 (using Vista). The problem I have is that when doing a search, the Connection field (that shows what kind of connection different users have) remains empty. This means that I cannot sort users based on how fast their connections are. All other fields such as File, User, Type etc. show their information like they should. How could I get the Connection field to display its info? Would switching to an older version of DC++ help? I went to Settings > Advanced to see if there'd be any box that I'd need to check in order to see the Connection field info but there doesn't seem to be any.

They should be shown correclty on the old NMDC hubs (works for me with the latest version). No any setting needed.
However because most time it holds unreliable information (manually set - or not set - by the users) it is depreciated in ADC, the next generation of DC network so maybe the hub you are in doesn't support it. Try it on more hubs.

Yes, I could see the info when I tried some other hubs. Thanks.
