Settings on Personal Information & Connection Settings?

I'm using DC++ 0.709 & running on Windows Vista. On Settings of Personal Information, I see a gray screen box. While, on Connection Settings, Incoming connection settings from External / WAN IP, TCP, UDP & TLS ports is all blank every time I open to configure settings.

Also, I'm on active mode & get this message in the other hubs: <VerliHub> Active Search: Your IP is not 192.168.*.** it is **.***.**.*** bye bye. I have everything configured correctly. I set the port on my router correctly & in order to make DC++ work, I have the "Allow rule" of my anti-virus enabled since I'm on Vista.

I'm not sure if the gray screen box on Personal Information & Connection Settings blank a bug.
