I use DC++ 0.707 VER.
WHEN I LAUNCH THIS PROGRAM, I DISPLAYED THIS ERROR MESSAGE (WINDOWS DISK NOT PRESENT): EXCEPTION PROCESSING MESSAGE 0xc0000013 PARAMETERS 0x755392A0 0x0000004 AND THE PROGRAM DON'T RUN.

Make sure you didn't shared files from your DVD drive or any removable media.
