Error creating magnet registry key / An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions ... what does this mean?

This is all that is said when I try to connect to the Wilfred Laurier group. I've tried many times and it always gives me that, which doesn't allow me to progress anywhere. Usually it should connect and allow me to start downloading. What do I do to avoid this, and what does this mean?

They are two separated problems. This is the faq for the first error message :

For the second one, is this message displayed when you connect to every hub or it is specific to one hub?
