How to set uploading queue when uploading slots are full ?

like i have given 3 uploading slots and 10 users are trying to download from me. the rest 7 should be given queue no rather than showing "no slots available" .

again i rewrite the question, if 50 people are trying to download at same time, but i want set the slot to 10
how to make sure the rest are automatically added into slot queue...?

There's no such thing as slot queue in DC++.
Users waiting for slots are keep trying periodically and if any uploads slot becomes free then from that point the first client attepmting gets the free slot.

how to remove the idle slots in dc++ automatically as soon as the downloader has downloaded the file.?

It is removed automatically in a minute.
