i would like to have the possibility to secure a slot

i would like to have the possibility to secure a slot for one or more people.
for upp and downloads,have a ratio round 4,i dont mind sharing alot.but i would like to download same more.
i tink it a win win to be able to secure slots

You have the possibility to add one or more user as your favorite users and then you can grant them an autoslot or not.
Must be the same as secure a slot, not saying it's working 100% all the time, but tell me what software is flawless ;)

done that.it dont work well.if it workt 50% it be ok.but for me it dont.tell my why users have free slots and i cant down load from them.i uppload to them.i have already add them to favorite users.maybe i do somthing wrong.

when i see that ther is a free slot,i try to force connect and so far that havent work.

If the transfer just remains at "Connecting ..." and then times out you probably don't have port forwarding set up properly. You might want to check www.portforward.com to configure your router to enable port forwarding for DC++ which will then allow you to download properly.

Also if you have already done your port forwarding check that the external ip in the "WAN IP" box is correct. Hope that helps

Also don't forget that it can be users with an older version of DC++ that are incompatible with your version you are using. If the hub's are allowing you to view the tag of the users, have a look and see there.
