DC++

Please Help, I cannot Download nor Search.

thanks for reading,

I have face the above problem, i have also read on some post where people set the passive mode.

Would like to ask, where can i find the passive and active options as i have tried finding it in the options setting and with no luck.

my current situation is;
I can
    see public hub list
    join channels

I can't
    download other users list
    search using the search engin

Things that i am not sure of
    i have no idea if other users can see me, download files from me or get my list?

Please help and thanks in advance
