The Line with the Hub Op's name is Red

Asked by snaggletooth

The hub I'm in the Hub Owner PMessaged me and said there were queue's she made but cant download now and she wondered if I blocked her out. Which I didn't. In the list of Nick's in the currently in the hub it's her entire line that's Red while other op's connected there Blue and users are just yellow. How do I unRed the Hub Op so she can connect to me? This just happened within a week but I just got a new Verizon router. I did add her name to favorite users. I just installed DC++ v0.862. I'm out of ideas here snaggletooth

Favorite users are colored as it specified in Settings/Appearence/Styles. The reddish color is a default style for favorites and that doesn't mean it blocks anything. In fact blockage of any users is impossible in DC++.
You have to talk to the op and she, as a hub staff member, should give you ideas of what's happening, she should try to get your filelist, different files etc... or ask others to do the same for a test.
The coincidence of changing of the router by your ISP sounds rather the issue here. New gateways often confuse firewall software for example which will block if it has tied DC++ to the previous gateway. In this case, of course, nobody will be able to upload from you. If it's just that OP then it's something between you two.
