What variables can be used in the log?

I would like to use my own username as a var in the log files. Is that possible? What are the variables that are available in the log?

use %[myNI] for your own nick.
other possible variables are listed in the built-in help, in the page corresponding to the "Logs" settings page (click the "Help" button in settings when that page is opened and you should see it).
