DC++

My computer will no longer connect to the hub

** A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
This is the error message i get every time i try to connect now, and I was on DC++ last night and it was working fine. What can I do to fix it? I'm on a dell laptop. lol.
