I've had "THE LETTER" from my isp -what do I do now ???????

Tiscali have sent me a letter warning me of the use of p2p and inform me the bpi have been watching with evidence of files being available to share-
What is this and what action do I take

Change to another ISP that doesn't brake your privacy rights.

Really the action to take will be based on,

What was in the letter; whether it was a warning or whether they're taking legal action.
The nature of the files you were sharing and the quantity.
Whether you are guilty of their accusation are not.

Basically we can't advise you on the basis of the information you have given and this probably isn't the best or most appropriate place any way.
