I am running 0.706. The hub I am trying to connect to apparently has 507 users logged in, according to the public hub list. Any suggestions?

Then the hub is down, or its dynamic address not working. The usercount information in the hublist is probably outdated. If you know someone who can connect to that hub whlie you can't then it could be an ISP problem or other dns configuration problem on your computer.
