create a custom menu entry

I like to see "IMDb search" or "Search Opensubtitles.org" when I right click on movie files ( avi,mkv....)
How to do that easly without compiling the source code

You don't. You can, however, add a feature request to the bug tracker and hope somebody codes the feature up for you. (Although, this seems like it might be a feature more suited to a mod...)
