Menu there, dropdowns unreadable

This bug is almost like #208917 but almost the opposite, my menu options are there File, View,etc. but the contents of those options are invisible, as shown in the picture, they still work, but are wholly unreadable. when using the right click menu of hubs, this is also the case, I am also running DC++ 0.705, I thought it might be windowblinds, but when this program is excluded, or windowblinds is shut down, this still happens. Makes it near impossible to do anything that involves the right click or file menus such as get file list, search for alternate sources, etc.
