Umm somene downloaded form my harddrive shit that i didnt share and now they are sharing it how do i get them to stop?

Either you shared them and you didnt know and that person downloaded them, either you used another file sharing program , either he hacked using another way into your computer. The last possiblity would be that DC++ has some exploit.. but that's very hard to point out... in either case we can't help you . Most probably the first variant is your case. You could try speaking to that person and convince him/her to not share your files.
