Lost The Blues Bar

My pc crashed on me,,,I was able to save the program,,,but lost all the hub addy's I was in.I also lost my passwords and of course cannot locate my notebook where I wrote them down at.
The Blues Hotel, The Malt Sop, The Coffee Shoppe, Rockin Blues, The Blues Bar, Doo Wop Drive Inn, World Wide friends, The Anzac Bar,,etc.
