error creating: adc, dchub registry entries

every time i load the summary says error creating adc and dchub registry entries, i also am unable to download even file lists. im useing vista

Do you have administrator rights when running DC++ ? Or you are running some registry protection system that stops DC++ from modifying the registries ?
Thus, this should not be a problem for downloading. If you can't download file lists, maybe you have a problem setting up active mode, check the DC++ FAQ :
