How to send tabs to the bottom?

Who had to design such horrible appearance in version 0.705?. I DO NOT want the tabs on top of the screen, I want them on the bottom, as they were before. I will really appreciate if someone tells me how can I do that. Thank you very much.

Horrible is just your opinion. After using this versions for more than 2 months, i find out that the lower tabs are horrible. It's just a matter of getting used to.

Well I would like to hide the tabs completely. I guess that is also impossible.
