Bind Address doesn't seem to work

Asked by IcyMidnight

I have two active ethernet connections on my machine. I am trying to set DC++ to connect to only one of them. The interface I want to use has its own external IP address. I have entered it into the External/WAN IP Field and the Bind Address field, yet DC++ still uses the other interface to connect on.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Sorry about that, it was late and I forgot to include that info.

I'm running Windows XP SP2, and I was running 0.699. The Bind Address field was located in the "Experts only" section.

I just upgraded to 0.705 and it seems to be working as expected. If I run into problems again, I'll get back to you.

Thanks for the hard work!
