DCHUBLIST.com says my email address is invalid! IT is not, and was inputed correct.

HELLO TO ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP When trying to vote for this hub,the link takes me to dchublist.com, they want me to register,but keep saying my email address is invalid ! the address is the same one i've been using for 5 years it is inputed correct and is not invalid
