DC++

Connection Failed in Passive mode

The message being shown when i try to connect to the hub is:

 <PtokaX> Sorry you have temp ban with remaining time: 56 min 24 sec
IP: 10.117.18.132
Nick: rascal__ama_
Reason: <PtokaX> Connection in passive mode is not allowed: http://10.109.1.9/faq/GEN/0003
Banned by: PtokaX
[00:44] *** Connection closed

Basically what is this passive mode problem that is being shown? and how to fix it?

This is an unusual restriction for a particular hub. There's no "fix" for it, visit another more sane hubs or if this one is important for you then you have to set up active conncetion in DC++.
