I do not know how to move files to the folder that is to be shared

how do i put my files in the folder that is to be shared, and where is this file folder located

if i could draw a picture i would, sence i can not, here we go Iam suppose to share files,but there is none in the folder that is to be shared,I would like to share my music folder but can not get my music to the folder that dc++ shares,and where is this file put when a person first starts useing dc++

You can share more than one folder. Go to File > Settings > Sharing, Select 'add folder' and you should be able to add your main music folder that way. Let me know if that answers your question I may have misunderstood. You can drag and drop files within windows to your main share folder.
