*IRC: Channel Ban ?????

what is this and how do i fix it, i didnt do anything that would merit a ban, i just downloaded a couple of things adn minded my own buisness.

IRC is not DC.....
Thats two different things, a ban in IRC can't affect your connection to a hub in DC.

Can you help with this problem?
