It keeps saying," TLS disabled, failed to generate certificate: can' find the file messege comes up" & I am not connected

t keeps saying," TLS disabled, failed to generate certificate: can' find the file" & I am not connected, could anyone plz let me know. I just downloaded 0.699 version since my old version didn't work. Through my old version, I was connected but I couldn't search anything even tho I tried everything.

Searching has nothing to do with this message.
For TLS certificates, you should get 0.704 as it will autogenerate the certificate. 0.69x versions don;t have a certificate generator included.
