DC++ automatic starts impossible

Asked by dood

When you start dc++ on a PC with XP, there comes a popup, warning about that lack of support in the future. Problem: It stalls DC++ completely until clicked! Automatic starts of DC++ are no longer possible.

If you are using the latest version of DC++ 0.842, this blog might be the answer to your question. http://dcpp.wordpress.com

Also, Window XP Extended Support Service is no longer available anymore, as of midnight, April 9, 2014. Windows 7 would be a recommendation to upgrade a Windows OS.

Thank you Twilight but it's not only "not supported". It's no longer working because of that. That's quite a difference.
