How are you "searching for hubs" ? You should try Public Hubs and connect through there.
"and when i insert a direct adress of a hub it shows me that i'm connected but i can't see any users that is coneected" This happens to one sole hub or to all hubs you are connecting to ? Check the address

i searched through the poublic hubs it doesn't show any results
and the prob with the users is for all hubs when i connect to a hub it writes connected but shows no users

Is DC++ allowed to access the internet ?
Do you have a firewall ?
Are you using a proxy for http ?

@bassdrops it means exactly that your DC++ hasn't allowed to access the net. If you can browse the net you may need to recreate the rule for DC++ in your software firewall

and still in the about box i see the same thing:
"an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"
even when the hub is connected and i see users ...

Read again my lines. You need to RECREATE the rule. It means removing the rule and then reallow DC++.

Can you help with this problem?
