Banned from DC++ for "Reason: Unauthorised advertising"

Just asking another user why I could not connect to another hub (same subject/topic). For 4 hours or some such not a huge deal but have no idea why this happened. Anyone having info would be appreciated.... Been on both these hubs for years and no idea wth happened.... From perfection.no-ip.biz:777 because I was asking why I could not connect to comicshack.zcultfm.org:411 any more. Just clueless here.
