How do i contact an op to re-register to a hub i used to belong to?

I was a regular member at Blueslovers for years and I am wondering how I would contact an op to see if there is a way to re-register for the site. I try and log in now an it just tells me that you have to be a registered user. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Ok Thanks for the info...I wasn't banned I was just away for a few months and it wont let me into the hub long enough to contact an op...Thanks anyway
