DC++

Port ____ is busy

I got this message:

"Port ____ is busy, please choose another one in the settings dialog, or disable any other application that may be using it and restart DC++"

This is a port dedicated to DC++ in my router and zone alarm firewall. What could have caused this to happen?

I use TCPView from sysinternal to see what port is openand what application is using it.
TCPView is a nice little free GUI program and very simple to use.
