Looking for Simple Point Form Instructions for setting up my DC++ Client

Could someone please give me a point form
simple idiot proof instructions for setting
up my DC ++ Client / Application please ?

I was going to try and port forward / pinhole
my Router for DC ++ But it looks like DC ++
Just does that automatically right ?

what I would like to do is set up my DC ++
100 percent perfectly and then make an
Acronis True Image Home Snapshot of
the C drive after so that way My DC ++
will just be perfect "forever" whenever I
Boot off that .tib file ......... my eMule
is perfect right now when I start this
machine it automatically updates
the Server List thing ... I followed the
instructions here

Or do I just go to hubs and
then click on a hub with a
lot of files and then that's it
that's all there is to it ?

Someone just break it down to
me how to get the maximum search
results and what is the best hub

Also just to confirm eDonkey2000
is dead right ? You can still
download the client but its useless
correct? Is there a way to still connect
to the Overnet or whatever you call
it ? Should I just uninstall eDonkey2000
and delete it ?

Am I over analyzing this ? Do you just
double click on a Hub that has like 914 TB
of files and then just search and download ?
