i have downloaded dc++ version 0.810..but i dont know how to get started or download or share files, my laptop is Dell insprion, Intel(R) core(TM)i3-2330M CPU @2.20GHz

I am new to the dc++ . I have downloaded the dc++ 0.810 from www.filehippo.com. I wish to share and download file from NIT rourkela,Odisha India.. circle but don't know what to do next. Please provide assistance.
