How to become a Hub Operator........ in Dc++

Most of time in 24 hr i spend 13 - 15 Hr in Dc ++
I want to Try More... also Operate the Hub

If you want to be Popeye hub operator ask him on the hub we doesn't have any contact with the hub or others hubs.

How do I setup a hub?
