Block user.

Is it possible to block a user in DC++ 0.801? It was possible in the older versions.

I want to block a user who is not committing himself to the rules in the hub. I can disconnect him but he comes back after a minute or so. I want to blosck him from downloading my files until he obais the rules.

This isn't and has never been possible in DC++.
