Hash Frequency

Hello
I would like to know, if it's possible to modify the hash frequency of the "download" folder.
When a file is fully download (i have already shared the download folder ), the "dowload" folder size don't change even after 15 minutes.

Settings/Advanced/Add finished files to share instantly (if shared)
