Failed To Create Port Mappings

Every time I reboot I get this stupid message. I've forwarded the ports & after a while the router started giving me error messages about other PC'S being on the same IP address. So I took the port forward off and it worked fine again letting DC++ do it automatically. Now I reboot and we are back to the port mappings failing again. This is ridiculous isn't there a way to keep the settings when the machine is rebooted?
I'm running Windows 7 X64
3.1 GHZ Processor
18 GB RAM
DC++ version .799 r2914
