Setting upload-to-preference?

I wan't to know how to limit my choice of upload. I wanna set to upload restrictions for example only to thoose in my own country, even if i'm connected to hubs of other countries, is that possible? I wan't to be able to download from any hub but only upload to my own country or countries near by.

If you are using the latest version of DC++, go to File/Settings/Connectivity/Bandwidth Limiting where you can set Transfer Set Limiting at the preference of your choice & then hit OK. Or on the bottom of your right screen click U Lim: 0 B/s where you can customize the upload limit of your choice & hit OK.

Unfortunately, you cannot set upload restrictions by countries.
